Programs include: Hypertension Screening, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening, Prostrate Cancer Screening, Influenza and Pneumococcal Vaccine Immunizations, Reduced-Fee Mammography Screening.

Providing preventive health services to infants and children 2 months- 5 years of age. Clinic attendance is by appointment at 7 sites within the County.

Immunization Clinics
Provided throughout the year in community settings, all children, preschool through 12th grade who do not have health insurance are able to receive routine immunizations free of charge.

Improved Pregnancy Outcome Home Visiting Program (732)745-3100
This program helps insure adequate pre and postnatal care resulting in improved pregnancy outcome. The pregnant women in the program are referred by medical providers in the community.
Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (732)745-3100
This program addresses the problem of childhood lead poisoning through a variety of interventions including, community education, screening of uninsured or under insured children, medical and environmental case management of children with confirmed lead poisoning.

Provides sexually transmitted disease screening, evaluation, treatment, follow up and referral. Counseling and community education are also offered. All services are confidential.
