OVERVIEW
The Division of Human Resources is responsible for delivering customer service through recruitment, retention, training and development of a qualified and diverse workforce. Assisting our employees in a caring trustworthy and timely manner.
Other areas of responsibilities and functions under the Division of Human Resources are: administration of health benefits, insurance, coordinating the municipal budget process, liability claims, establishes policies, and procedures, organize and manage purchasing procedures. The Manager acts as the Municipal Complaint Officer for Cable Television handling all subscriber complaints and monitors compliance of cable companies with the franchise agreement.
