17 year old exposes himself to juvenile at Library:

A 17 year old male from East Brunswick was arrested at the East Brunswick Library when he exposed himself to a ten year old girl, also a township resident. Responding officers spoke with a security officer and the girl’s mother and learned that while the girl was looking for a book, the suspect approached her and exposed himself. The suspect told police that he had seen a similar incident on an internet web site and wanted to copy it. The suspect was arrested and charged with lewdness and was released to a guardian.
